Holiday Competition

Definitions:

• Food Hub Limited – Promoter of the competition and Platform operator (‘Foodhub’, ‘Us’, ‘We’, ‘Our’)
• The Entrant – the individual who has completed an entry form to enter into our Competition (‘You’, ‘Your’).
• The Supplier – the business providing the winning Voucher for redemption, on our behalf.
• Platform – Our website (www.hubbahubba.co.uk) and Application.

Winner – The Entrant who has been drawn at random by Foodhub and is deemed the winner of the competition.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the competition (“Competition”) made available by us. By entering the Competition, you agree to accept and be bound by them.

• These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Both are published and accessed through our Platform and form a part of the Competition.
• As an Entrant, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may be specific to the Competition.
• We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time; any changes will be available through our Platform.
• If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or the changes we make, then you should not participate in the Competition. These terms are effective from 2nd March 2026.
• You do not have to make a purchase on our Platform to enter the Competition. To enter you need to complete your details via dedicated entry form, there is no charge for this.
• The Competition is open to UK and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 and over, excluding our employees and their families, our agents or anyone professionally associated with the Competition.
• To be eligible for a chance to win the Competition you must complete a dedicated entry form with your requested details.
• Once you have completed and submitted the dedicated entry form this will be automatically enter you into a draw for a chance to win the Competition prize.
• Entries submitted not using our dedicated entry form will not be treated as valid.
• There is one Competition prize which will be won by one person. The winner drawn will win a holiday voucher (“Voucher”) up to the price of £3,000.
• The Voucher may be issued in digital format only, via email.
• The Voucher can be redeemed only once, towards a single holiday, by the winner of the competition only. The value of the holiday cannot exceed £3,000 inclusive of all costs.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the Voucher, which has a value the same or greater than the Competition prize in the event of circumstances outside of our control.
• The Voucher must be redeemed prior to 30/03/2027.
• Entrants must hold a valid passport;
• Any holiday reservations made using the Voucher will be subject to availability at the time of booking. The Voucher will be made with a business that is protected by ATOL or ABTA.
• We are responsible for supplying the Voucher. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise with the booking or any other circumstances from this.
• Any expenses incurred outside of the Voucher will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Once the Voucher is redeemed for a booking, it becomes a contract between the winner and the Supplier; cancelling that booking is subject to the Supplier's cancellation policy.
• Foodhub accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
• The successful entrant will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and will have 10 business working days to respond in full to the email. Failure to respond in this time will result in the Competition prize being forfeited and re-awarded to another entrant, selected at the time of the Competition draw.

We shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be seen here and in accordance with data protection legislation.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, our decision shall be final.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or sustained as a result of participation in or use of any Competition. We do not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the Competition prize. We shall not be liable for any actions committed by any third party once the Voucher has been provided to the winner.

In the event that any aspect of our terms and conditions is deemed invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, they shall be severed from these terms and the remaining clauses will remain in force.

Promotions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
